“Asians were also slightly underrepresented among those found guilty of all sexual offences”

This is a data point that I really can’t make sense of, because it’s so contrary to data from most other European counties. For most continental European countries, something like 40-60% of rapes and sexual assaults are committed by non-White foreign men (see: https://medium.com/@TheCompositeGuy/the-imported-rape-of-europe-74849b64d3bc). Why is Britain such an outlier? Are White British men unusually rapey for some reason? Are British authorities carefully concealing offender ethnicity data? I just don’t understand.

It's partly because non-white immigrants to Britain are more selected in terms of education than their counterparts in the rest of Europe. Note that black Britons are overrepresented among those found guilty of all sexual offences.

Can someone find a PDF of that Qulliam report? Group Based Child Sexual Exploitation – Dissecting Grooming Gangs https://web.archive.org/web/20180322085718/https://www.quilliaminternational.com/shop/e-publications/group-based-child-sexual-exploitation-dissecting-grooming-gangs/

I've tried the usual tricks: Libgen, Google advanced search.
